This policy explains the refund and cancellation terms for paid programs, community memberships, and digital products offered by Muslim Business Federation ("MBF"). Please read carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Nature of Services
Our programs are digital products delivered instantly upon payment (community access, session links, recordings, and downloadable material). Once access is granted, the content cannot be "returned".
2. Refund Window
- You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase if you have not accessed more than 20% of the program material and have not participated in any live session.
- After the 7-day window, or once substantial access has been used, purchases are non-refundable.
- Launch offers, promotional bundles, and discounted memberships are strictly non-refundable.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your community membership at any time by writing to us. Cancellation stops future renewals (if any); it does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email connect@muslimbusinessfederation.com from the address used for purchase with:
- Your full name and payment reference / order ID.
- Date of purchase.
- Reason for the refund request.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Bank processing times may add a few additional days.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
- Failure to attend live sessions or use the material.
- Change of mind after the 7-day window.
- Violation of our Terms & Conditions resulting in account termination.
